Welcome to Cello Society, operated by Cello Society Müzik Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.

Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be a real individual (no fake accounts or bots)
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Not register on behalf of another person without authorization

We reserve the right to verify user identity, including social media information, public online presence, or other reasonable verification methods.

User Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must NOT:

• Engage in fraudulent or misleading activity
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity
• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or data extraction
• Upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Interfere with platform operation or security

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Quizzes & Rewards

From time to time, we may organize quizzes, challenges, or competitions.
By participating, you agree that:

• You must use your true and accurate personal information
• You must be the real individual participating, not using AI-generated performances or third-party submissions
• We may request proof of identity to verify your participation and prevent fraud
• Providing false information may result in disqualification and account removal
• Rewards/prizes are granted only to users who meet eligibility requirements and successfully pass any necessary identity verification

Failure to comply with verification requests or to provide real information may result in forfeiture of rewards.
Our decisions regarding eligibility and winners are final.

Scoring System for Prize Quizzes

Prize quizzes are calculated on a 100-point scoring basis.
The point value of each question depends on the total number of questions:

• In a 5-question quiz, each question is worth 20 points.
• In a 10-question quiz, each question is worth 10 points.

Once the question appears on the participant’s screen, the score available for that question immediately begins to decrease.

The faster the participant selects the correct answer, the higher the score they receive for that question.

Our scoring system has been developed to measure response times with millisecond-level precision and applies the scoring automatically and consistently under the same technical conditions for all participants.

Final scores are calculated automatically, and Cello Society reserves the right to revise scoring rules or invalidate entries in cases of suspicious activity, potential cheating, or technical irregularities.

Consecutive Prize Restriction

If a participant wins a prize in a quiz and subsequently ranks first again in a following quiz that offers the same type of prize, the prize will automatically be awarded to the next eligible participant in the ranking.

In such a case, the original participant may still appear as the first-ranked user in the system based on score; however, the prize will be granted to the next highest-ranked eligible participant.

To maximize the distribution of prizes, an individual can receive the same prize type a maximum of once per year.

By participating in any quiz, users acknowledge and accept this rule.

If a participant who previously won a prize competes in a subsequent quiz for a different type of prize and ranks first, the prize will be awarded to that participant. The restriction on consecutive wins applies only to the same type of prize.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (text, images, videos, brand elements, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial or unauthorized purposes without written permission.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraud or abusive behavior
• Your activity harms the platform or its users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the available account tools.

Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our platform at any time, including competitions, features, or access levels.

Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data or account access
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Damages arising from the use of our services

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
In case of dispute, İstanbul courts and execution offices have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws or international regulations.
