Privacy Notice

The personal data provided by applicants (including but not limited to name, contact information, country, biography, instrument-making background, and photos) is processed by Cello Society Müzik Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (https://www.cellosociety.co) as the data controller. This data is used solely for the purpose of evaluating luthier applications, contacting applicants, and creating public profiles if applications are approved.

Personal data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698), and is based on explicit consent provided during the application process.

Personal data is securely stored and not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. If an application is rejected, personal data will be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.
